About Frank
Frank Gay is the Principal CEO of the Home Pros Family of Companies, where he leads with vision, grit, and a servant’s heart. Under his leadership, the organization has grown to more than 350 family members across its affiliated companies, anchored by Home Pros Real Estate Group — the largest and most productive brokerage in West Texas and Southern New Mexico.
With over 30 years in real estate and more than 25 years coaching and leading agents across the country, Frank has built a reputation as a bold strategist and a trusted mentor. He began his career as a top-producing agent, quickly scaling a multi-office brokerage with a presence in the U.S. and abroad. Over the last decade, he has held senior executive roles with some of the largest real estate organizations in North America and globally, shaping the growth, culture, and profitability of brokerages at every level.
Today, Frank drives both the day-to-day execution and long-term strategy at Home Pros, focusing on agent development, productivity, and market expansion. Along with the leadership teams of Home Pros’ affiliated partners — including Clear Title of El Paso — he continues to build systems that increase both internal agent capture and external market share.
Before real estate leadership, Frank toured nationally as a rock guitarist, learning the discipline, resilience, and sense of brotherhood that still shape his leadership today. Those lessons, forged on the road and refined in the boardroom, fuel his unapologetic commitment to building an organization where people come first.
The Home Pros Family of Companies represents not just an enterprise, but a movement: real estate professionals united by service, innovation, and culture. In 2024 alone, the companies participated in more than 2,500 transactions while continuing expansion across Texas and New Mexico.
