About Penny
Penny Moore is an icon in the El Paso real estate community. After becoming a licensed Realtor in 2001, she founded Home Pros Real Estate Group in 2007 with the forward-thinking vision of building a real estate brokerage that put the agents’ best interests first. As the Broker and Founder of the company, Moore oversees all brokerage activity, ensuring compliance, training, and education are in place for the agents.
In 2022, Moore was instrumental in a joint venture, now called the Home Pros Family of Companies, which includes Home Pros Real Estate Group and Clear Title. Prior to her career in Real Estate, Moore held many management positions in the retail arena for 15 plus years, becoming known as a problem solver with a big vision and a “get it done” mindset.
Moore and her husband Ted, moved to El Paso from upstate New York in 1996, when Ted was relocated with his manufacturing company to Juarez, Mexico. As a result of her experience in the retail industry, Moore was able to bring her expertise to the real estate industry and build a successful business.
Moore’s success as a leader in El Paso’s real estate Market is a testament to her decades of experience, hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence. Known affectionately as “Mama Bear” by her agents, she is an inspiration to all who aspire to succeed in the real estate industry.
