About David

Hello! I was born in El Paso and raised in Mexico, and I’ve been fortunate to return to this vibrant city to pursue my education. After completing my master’s degree at the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP), I've immersed myself in both the cultural richness of the border and the professional landscape here over the past seven years.

Before obtaining my license, I gained valuable experience as a Project Manager at a local architectural firm, where I oversaw the development of commercial properties, including apartment complexes and industrial warehouses. I also explored the finance sector, working in a Private Equity firm in an asset management position focused on single-family rentals. My academic journey includes a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s degree in construction management.

Outside of my professional life, I pursue a variety of hobbies that keep me active and engaged. I love hiking, mountain biking, and boxing. I also enjoy peaceful walks with my dog, Gazpacho, during the early mornings and afternoons.
