Born and raised in El Paso with family roots spanning both El Paso and Ciudad Juárez for more than five generations, Eugenia Gonzalez offers clients a deep, firsthand understanding of the Borderland’s people, culture, neighborhoods, and cross-border real estate market.

Although she has been a licensed REALTOR® for six years, Eugenia’s passion for real estate began long before her license. She has spent years renovating and improving homes, investing in residential properties, and gaining hands-on experience alongside family involved in commercial and industrial real estate—developing a practical understanding of real estate long before it became mainstream.

Before entering real estate full-time, Eugenia built a diverse professional career in advertising, journalism, education, marketing, and design. She holds degrees in Journalism, Languages, and a Master’s in Education, and spent over 20 years as a teacher and librarian. She later worked more than a decade at The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) in marketing and design, helping strengthen the university’s connection to the local community.

This unique background gives her clients a powerful advantage—strong communication skills, strategic marketing insight, attention to detail, and a deeply service-oriented approach. She works with first-time buyers, families, investors, and sellers with the belief that every client deserves clarity, honesty, and personalized guidance.

Outside of real estate, Eugenia’s life is centered around family. She and her husband enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren, working on home improvement projects, and staying closely connected with relatives across the United States and Mexico. She is also active in a historic women’s organization founded in 1921 by her grandmother, continuing a family legacy of service and cultural preservation in the Borderland.
